Sign Up For Camp!!!

Yeah, I know it is like really early to be thinking about camp, but the early registration deadline is less than one month away, so save your folks some cash and sign up for camp in the youth room. 

Camp is one of the highlights of the year in our youth program. Much of what we strive to teach and reinforce is brought to a peak at summer camp. This year we are looking at attending Northland Camp in Wisconsin. We are planning on the week of June 15^th – 20^th.  Steve Pettit is the scheduled speaker for that week; he is a dynamic speaker that we trust will be greatly used of the Lord that week. Our desire is to have as many teenagers as possible be able to attend. The cost for camping at Northland is $230 ($215 if registered prior to March 15^th). Some of the most meaningful spiritual decisions I ever made as a teenager were made at summer camp. It is a time of incredible opportunity as Christian young people get away from the world and are repeatedly challenged by some of Christianity's outstanding bible preachers to live for God's glory and obey His Word. Sure the many activities and games the camp provide are a blast, but the real reason we choose to emphasize Summer Camp is because of the immense spiritual benefit we believe that it can have for your teens. Please consider carefully this opportunity for your children. I understand that the cost is significant (though it is reasonably less than most comparable camps). We will try to provide some opportunities to help cut that cost as camp approaches. I do feel that it is an investment that will be well made. It is an opportunity for you to "lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven."

The sign up sheet is in the youth room. I know the camp's website provides opportunity to register online but please let us handle the registration process, we would be glad to help you in that way. Just sign up or call me.
